EMCC DR. RAŠEK OFFERS SERVICES OF A NOTIFIED BODY ACCORDING TO THE R&TTE DIRECTIVE 1999/5/EC

Per RegTP Decree No. 45/2000 EMCC DR. RAŠEK was authorized to exercise the tasks of a "NOTIFIED BODY" under Directive 1999/5/EC. EMCCert DR. RAŠEK has been officially recognized as a "Notified Body" by the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA). The "NOTIFIED BODY" EMCCert DR. RAŠEK covers the full scope of Annexes III, IV and V of the Directive. The "Notified Body" services complement the TCB role under the EU-US Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) allowing one-stop European Community and US certification services.

With this recognition EMCCert DR. RAŠEK can offer the full services of a "NOTIFIED BODY" according to the Directive 1999/5/EC:

• Consulting on all necessary steps for a smooth transition from the "old" licensing procedures to the R&TTE Directive
• Competent advice on applicable standards and on required tests
• Evaluation of the essential requirements according to R&TTE Directive (like EMC, safety and effective use of the spectrum)
• Approval of quality assurance systems per Annex V of the R&TTE Directive
• Assistance in establishing Technical Construction Files (TCF) per Annex IV of the Directive
• Notification to the National Frequency Management Authorities of the EU Member States

The Notified Body EMCCert DR. RAŠEK continues the identification number 0678 as designated by the Commission of the European Communities according to the EMC, TTE and SAT Directives 89/336/EEC and 91/263, 93/97 up to 98/13/EC.
