Team assistant (m/f/d) full-time

Your tasks:

• Organisation and coordination of all relevant processes
• Project preparation, including preparation of quotations for international testing and calibration projects
• Preparation of test reports and business correspondence in German and English
• Accounts payable / accounts receivable with invoice verification and dunning (DATEV)
• Export / import processing
• Collaboration on special projects such as support and organisation of seminars
• Maintenance of customer data, project and standards lists
• Operation of telephone switchboard and all communication media
• Reception and support of international customers

Your experience and qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training in the field of office communication or office management
• First professional experience in a commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Service-orientated, independent and structured way of working
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
