EMC Technician (m/f/d) for EMC and lightning immunity testing in the laboratory (full-time)

We are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

EMC Technician (m/f/d) for EMC and lightning immunity testing in the laboratory (full-time)

Your responsibilities:

  • Construction of generators and test equipment, with a focus on mechanical machining processes such as milling, turning and grinding
  • Repair of measuring equipment and EMP generators
  • Assistance with EMC testing and lightning immunity testing
  • Supporting project management and the technical implementation of EMC and lightning projects on-site at customer premises worldwide or in the laboratory in accordance with ISO 17025:
    • Product testing in accordance with international norms, standards and manufacturer specifications
    • Preparation of test documentation and reports in German and English in accordance with the quality management system

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as an electrical engineer or electronics technician for equipment and systems, electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics engineer (specialising in electrical engineering) or a comparable technical qualification
  • Enthusiasm for the relevant technology and measurement technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Independent and proactive approach to work
